Stunning 60s - 70s fat lava unused vintage tiles, made in Spain. 6 pc set. Brown and yellow "daisy" or "sun" flower design, these hand manufactured ceramic tiles spent the last 40 to 50 years in a warehouse near Barcelona. Their condition is very good, may have some tiny chips on the enamel at the corners but very superficial. The front of the tiles is almost intact. All the tiles are different, the design is not a print and each tile came with a sligtly different motive out of the oven. These tiles will make a very special wall art gift to decorate an entry room, bathroom or bedroom. Can be hanged on a wall by adding a small adhesive hook and of course they can be used as tiles on any backsplash, piece of furniture or any other project, maybe on a table. These tiles are quite heavy, about 400 grams each, also thicker than regular tiles, almost 1 cm. Made by Spanish manufacturer Alcora, in the province of Castellón.
